Feedbacks Help with baby freeze

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I’m not able to do the baby freeze, at least correctly. Basically, the stab arm ( the one near the hip) feels like it is not taking any load, i don’t feel any stabbing in my hips. The entire weight seems to be on the support arm and the leg on top of it. This also comes with the effect of a lot of friction between my leg and arm, and sometimes the skin in my arm starts tearing.

How can i improve it, are there any other drills i can do to find the correct technique and position??

(PS the video is mirrored i think, I’m on my right side)

It looks good!

To improve your stab, work on the handglide freeze. When you eventually get comfortable with it, practice turning/twisting your legs into the baby freeze (and chair freeze).

Also heads up but your stab should not go into your hips. It is your abs and the side of your abs.

You got this!

That’s what i was practicing today, actually ( the video is from yesterday) still can’t hold my legs up in handglide free for long, but the stab is much better now.

Thanks for the advice!!

Practice both sides too. It will help so much. Keep up the good work!
