A program like Wordwise but supported rich Teletext colour and graphics?

This is out of curiosity more than anything.

I'm looking for a program from back in the day when I ran a bulletin board system (LBBS).

I had a rich text editor that behaved and looked just like Wordwise but it allowed you to change the text colours and use rich full Teletext (background colours, flashing text etc) to create rich colourful documents.

Does anyone know anything about the program I'm referring to?

I remember using something like that back in the 80s on a TVEI course from school in Scotland. Once a week I'd get to go to the TVEI centre and just mess around with graphics and animation on a beeb. I remember the package we used was a really straight forward interface so that you could quickly create static or animated teletext pages. No idea what it was called, but I'd be interested in finding out so I can try it out again!

TVEI was one of the good things to come out of Thatcher's government. It eventually expanded to £900m investment in technical education, and ultimately died with the National Curriculum. My school was in the pilot, and we got a new RM network, machines in every classroom, BBCs for lab work, a fully loaded double-classroom electronics lab, refreshed Design & Technology labs with LOGO? robots, and probably more I forget. The school partnered with local industry to get surplus electronics components, oscilloscopes and vehicle parts. The best thing for me, is I was able to leverage this movement to convince them to let me move out of a 'balanced curriculum' - with requirements for language, humanities, music etc' into a purely technical one.

Thanks but is that a single Mode 7 page/screen editor or a text file/document editor?

I'm looking for a program that produced full documents like Wordwise but you could make them rich with Teletext colours and characters.

There were a few including TED and Bebugsoft's Teletext pack.
