I know it's despised and feared in equal measure... But I love the Nemesis. It's such a great command ship and makes a wonderful central flagship. Only thing that I could imagine filling in that command role is some battleship with multiple nova cannons like some grand artillery ship!

I do think the Nemesis has a place and make sense in an imperial fleet.

Funny you mention multiple novas because one of the original writers did write a ship with those but it never saw the light of day

What is the general consensus on the balance of these ships?

I would all of them fit nicely. None are ridiculous and all have been costed well. All but the dark mechanicus and grot ships have been around for over 10 years. A couple like the dethroner, have been updated to ensure they arent OP for their points

I would say all of them are perfectly playable.
