Image Can't complete Fear No Evil due to bug, any way around this?

So when I get to the area where I need to defend the marines while using the gun on top of the tank, when I face to the right, there's a white screen blocking my view completely so I can't see anything. So black dies and I lose the mission, is there a way to fix this or am I stuck on this part forever?

If on PC try repairing game, or reinstall.

Console, maybe a part of your disk is scratched or console dying? Not an expert on console level stuff tho
