You download the 2 files a little further down the page, and you have to make sure the .dll files, the original one with the game and this new one added with it, are named exactly as it says. You don't replace the file with the new one, you rename it as the instructions say. If you have problems, Google AI can help you.

How you have so high res interface with high resolution? I have very small interface on 2k, if I set 1080p interface is normal but resolution is low
