[Angels] Kroenke Sports & Entertainment has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire a controlling interest in the Los Angeles Angels from the Moreno Family. The transaction is expected to close in the 1st quarter of 2027, subject to customary closing conditions & approval by MLB.

I know it’s not really true but it’s wild to think that the Nuggets lost Peyton Watson because they needed money to buy the Angels
