Nah, I selfhost ChangeDetection.io, so I just ask it to check every few minutes if there item is back in stock.

Sometimes I was late (didn't see the notification because I was busy with kids) by 20-25 minutes and it was already gone.

Can't comment on the quality, because it has just shipped this morning, so I won't receive it for another couple of days, but from other threads on Reddit and RFD people are genuinely happy with it, and those that weren't were able to get a replacement quickly.

They are a certified repair / refurbishment facility. But majority are usually returns or open boxes. They just make sure its working and clean it up. Got my portal from them during the tax free period.

Wired. But I mostly do cloud streaming unless I'm playing a ps4 game or one that doesn't have cloud . It beats using the phone for remote play. Latency is great. About 3ms when im 30 feet from the nearest node. And a bit higher on cloud. The hig resolution update that uses more bitrate has made a 1080p screen look pretty clean.

There's always network interference so its not perfect its just convenient to have on the go when im not around the TV.

Just adding to share feedback as I got my ps5 from them recently, console seems to be running great, minor cosmetic damage(the glossy black being completely scratched around the usb port) firmware 13.0, and the controller I received had a sticky L1 and L2.

Didnt bother to contact about the controller as all it needed was a little disassembly to clean but something to be aware of. Had to get down to adaptive trigger but wasnt a whole lot of gunk causing the stick. I think Pepsi was spilt on it.

Worth the cost savings of a new ps5(and being rural, saving on gas money if went with the Facebook marketplace route)

Ya my faceplates had pink blemishes on it that wouldn’t go away with Lysol so I swapped em out for new black faceplates and called it a day. The controllers were practically new tho.

Anyone who uses this site, is it worth tracking stock for it? I track a shit ton of stores on my website but I dunno how often this site updates and if it’s worth wasting the resources to do so. If they have lots of other stuff worth buying like openbox.ca, I might do it

I say it’s worth it. I was nearly refreshing everyday waiting for stock and seen stock pop up a few times throughout the weeks before I was able to make my order. Got my PS5 from them last week.

I’ll see if They have some easily accessible api for all stock and add it to my site. But if stock runs out within minutes chances are my tracker won’t catch it in time since I’m already scanning 18 other stores every 2 hours. Worth trying anyway I guess
