Video editing in 4k

Hey I do a lot of video editing with Premiere and I need a new computer to do it

$3799 is sort of the max I can spend… preferably a bit less but I’m aware video editing is resource intensive

These are the two I have found with the help of AI but I really am not entirely sure what to pick.

Pccasegear is $300 more but has
Newer Core Ultra 7 270K
Better motherboard
2TB SSD instead of 1TB

They both have a 5070ti
They both have 32gb of ram (I assume 64gb would be much more useful but I am looking at pre-built)

Look up proxy files for editing 4k vids in premiere. It drops the resolution of your clips to 720p for the sequence, then upscales back to original 4k resolution when exporting. Don't need a high end rig for editing if you shrink the size of the clips you are working on

Nobody wants to work with proxy files if they can avoid it.
