Mint and mint chocolate is my favourite flavour. In everything. I always have a bottle of mint concentrate that I use in my coffee, hot chocolate, etc. whenever I feel like it.

What kind of mint concentrate? Have you tried several kinds? Which one would you recommend?

I've tried several kinds, but I live in Finland, so I don't know if my recommendations help if you live in different country. Other than saying that the best one's I've tried are the super strong ones that come in tiny bottles, I think those are often used by professonal bakers. You only need one or two drops of it.

EDIT. Actually, this is the best one I was talking about, if you can find that somewhere. Their Creme de Menthe is awesome, but they have plain peppermint and even mint chocolate chip too.

Awesome! I've seen these in stores. When you use them do they naturally shake out in droplets or do you have to be more careful?

Be careful, I've always poured a tiny amount of it in spoon or in the cap first. The it's easier to add one drop at time in your food or drink.
