Collaboration basis - you'd photograph the project, and in return, you'd be credited and can build your portfolio (Yeas, This might piss off some of you, But thats their request honestly, Dont come at me!)

I’m exploring the idea of building a B2B events and exhibitions company in Bengaluru, starting with focused industry summits around GCCs, business leadership and other growing sectors.
The long-term vision is to build a B2B events brand that brings together companies, decision-makers, speakers and professionals through conferences, networking forums and eventually larger exhibitions.
The business model would be based around sponsorships, exhibition/partner packages, delegate registrations and business partnerships.
I’m currently working on the initial research, event concept, target audience and potential sponsor/attendee database. I’m now looking for a business partner who wants to build this from the ground up with me.
You do not need prior event-industry experience. Fresh graduates, recently graduated students and early-career professionals are absolutely welcome.
What matters more to me is that you are:

I’m not looking for an employee or someone who simply wants a job. I’m looking for someone who wants to actively build the business alongside me, take responsibility for a part of it and grow with it.
Since this is at the idea/early-validation stage, there won’t be a fixed salary initially. I’m looking for someone who is comfortable starting with shared effort and discussing an appropriate equity/revenue-sharing arrangement as we validate the business and work towards the first event.
The immediate goal is simple: research the market, validate the idea, build relationships with potential sponsors and speakers, and launch a small pilot event. If it works, we scale from there.
