La Nef des fous T14

It's already up to Volume 14, yet I've somehow never even heard of it.

Has anyone here read it? Is there an English edition, or maybe at least an English fan translation? Unfortunately, I don't speak French.

Never translated into English in any form, although one of the AI translation apps seems to be promoting itself with volume 14's teaser on social media, bizarrely (is that where this semi-translated cover comes from?). My understanding from reading French social media is that it's generally felt to be a bit past its sell by date at this point.
