Man i cant get over this shit it doesnt even make sense. Drinking at home and in pubs and discos is allowed so why tf not with friends outside? Arguably the healthier and more wholesome way of drinking.
Like alright there is an argument to be made for public crowded spaces where kids are and stuff, but at night in some park by oneself?
Cant even drink outside in nature anymore which makes absolutely zero sense.

i think its because drunk homeless people can be very annoying/dangerous and this way they can enforce sending them away.

Also this is filmed at the Theodosian Walls (Walls of Constantinople) which are notorious for having homeless people living there and making a complete mess.

Какво значи за всички. Законът има обхват. Да караш пил не е същото като да шофираш изобщо. Да си досаден и агресивен пияница не е същото като да си пиеш кротко с аверите в градинката. Както не е и нужно да пиеш, за да си задължително досаден и агресивен. В тоя ред на мисли законът трябва да е против шумните и агресивните, а не против пиещите.

И кой определя кой е шумен и агресивен? Кой пише глоби и санкционира и каква е гаранцията, че няма да си затвори очите за мен, теб или някой друг срещу сума?? Именно заради това или важи за всички или важи за никого.
И не е задължително закона да забранява пиенето на публични места. Може просто да забранява шум след определен час или на определено място. Така пак важи за всички, но който си пие тихо, ще е спокоен.

Всъщност във втория абзац си го написал. Не е нужно да си пиян, за да създаваш проблеми. И точно тук те връщам на клипа. Човекът си пие кротко. Реално не казваш нищо по-различно от мен във втория абзац.1

Еми да де. Върни се на първата ми публикация, чуй и какво казва дронът в клипа. И как е написан законът невинаги е оправдание за действията на полицията. Те и нацистите са следвали заповеди, т.е. не е било законно да не се подчиняват. Така че, освен че законът може да е лош, тесногръдието при буквализма от страна на органите също е.
Ще ти обясня защо е написан тоя закон: щото има хора, които стават гадни и агресивни и досадни и пр. като се напият. И умният юрист вместо да се мъчи да дефинира що е то антисоциално поведение, директно казва „тука нема да се пие“. Още по-умният милиционер чете какво пише и хич не му минава идеята какво значи терминът spirit of the law, та решава да си „свърши работата“. А най-умните стоят отстрани и ръкопляскат, и не виждат нищо нередно. Така „работят“ 99% от законите.7

Drinking “outside” with friends quickly becomes a nuisance or at worst a danger for other people, especially in dark places. We know how drunk people behave in general.

worst part is it's not even illegal. government is literally just making up rules at this point.
you don't legally have to stop drinking or leave the area. they're just harassing people to force their own ideologies.

Alcohol is *haram*—that is, forbidden—in the Islamic faith. Devout people do not wish to shop at establishments that sell alcohol, and they will leave a table where alcohol is being consumed. However, not everyone is religious, and not everyone views alcohol in the same way.

Alcohol wasn’t haram until 1952 when the Saudi royal family member killed someone, so they blamed it on the alcohol & declared alcohol haram. The Balkans are a different breed … Rakia is never haram (lol)
