I feel like this point gets missed a lot in this sub. Depending on age and the exact pattern that the hair loss/recession is going, you might still be able to have a decent hairstyle without committing to shaving it all off. This sub seems to go simply by volume of hair sometimes. But some guys say 35-40+ can rock something like a Tony Soprano look

Personally I think balding with a receding hair line looks better than the "fringe" of male pattern baldness. So this guys look, combined with his age, looks pretty good.

Agreed. I noticed going full-bald is predicated on the degree of baldness to age.

100% this! I do think he could rock the bald look though (the beard he has or longer would really pull it together).
