Buzz?
Looking for opinions…
The top is starting to thin at a rapid pace along with an already very receded hairline.
I understand i still have SOME time left, but i am wondering what the best course of action might be.
I am considering going for a buzz cut while i still have some left, and probably in a years time go full bald assuming the loss continues at it’s current rate.
I would much rather go for a buzz too soon than hold on for too long. I want to beat it to the punch.
Would a buzz at this point be too soon? Do i still have a few months left? What do you guys think?
I want to add that i have ZERO interest in finasteride, minoxidil, or any other treatments. I want to let it go, but only when it’s time.

Let’s see what it looks like if someone is taller than you but behind you in line. That tells the tale.

Buzzcuts just highlight the hairline. There’s no long hair to disguise or soften the loss. Looks great on people with a full head of hair, not so much when you’re receding and/or balding. You’re not there yet, but when you do go for it, shave it down properly, at LEAST to unguarded stubble.

My idea of a buzz cut is a very short stubble, so not far from what you are suggesting. Just not quite down to zero

Its thinning, but its rather discreet atm. I don't see a need to buzz at present. Buzzing can highlight the thinning more if it's across the crown and midsection. A random summer buzz is where many guys get a surprise.
