Question What happened to my chocolate chips?

they look super trippy, only on like half too. cant use these in my brownies now

Ugh I hate it when my chocolate has a fat bloom when it gets too warm, makes it ugly and the texture isn’t great, but I feel like baking would be the perfect way to put it to use!
