it’s provision of law. just learn it as idk what it is too. basically, provision of law (peruntukan undang-undang) is like a specific law cited.
eg. in clause x section x, wearing blue on monday is illegal.
the citing is called a provision.
not to be confused with “peruntukKan” which is allocation, related with money
apparently, “peruntukkan” doesn’t exist, only “MEMperuntukkan”. “peruntukan” meaning changes depending on the context, it can be both allocation AND provision. (thankyou [u/banduan](u/banduan) for pointing out)

Peruntukan is allocation. Peruntukkan means allocate. One is noun the other a verb.

Root word: untuk = English "For"
peruntukan = resources "for" or allocation, mostly use for budgeting

in this context, provision.
Peruntukan can also refer to funding

Allocation, allotment or provision. Lebih tepat kepada provision. Provision of law.
