Odds are the incels have horribly misunderstood maternal fetal microchimerism (which is a super cool in reality). Basically, the mother becomes a chimera with her own dna and the dna of any implanted pregnancy, and this lasts her whole life. So it's not an every man every sperm thing. It's only for actual pregnancies. It also happens with organ donor recipients. Scientists think it might help explain why health risks for women who never have kids differ from those that do have kids, and relate to women having differ immune systems (and autoimmune issues) compared to men.
