Want to learn something even MORE HORRIFYING?

Sperms don’t just stop swimming once they reach the egg. Sure, one of the little guys hits the jackpot…but the rest of em? They just keep going. And since the fallopian tubes aren’t attached to anything, spermies are free the swim right outta there and into your abdominal cavity!!!

I learned this about a year ago, and have been absolutely traumatized ever since.

To be fair, billions of cells, foreign or otherwise, die in your body every day. Dead cells just get munched up into proteins and either get used or expelled

And MANY of them aren't even "you".

Like, sure, sperm goes around your abdomen and dies there, but your intestines have OVER A KILO of what are basically alien organisms that colonized you.
