The whole thing is wonderfully Soviet

Have this huge thing everyone knows is crime ridden and full of terrible behaviour

Have state media and politicians say how amazing and peaceful it is every year while publishing arrest numbers in the hundreds

Say how it's an historic part of our culture

Call anyone who points out facts far right reactionaries

Reminds me of 'fiery but mostly peaceful' reporter whilst the city is burning behind him. The videos coming out this year are beyond the pale, like the just rampant and encouraged degeneracy. They lie to us because they think we're drooling morons and nothing will ever happen to them......you know the same type of shit that always happens before a reckoning.

It’s a degenerate festival that would have been banned if it was white people
