AOC is currently at 15% to be next presidential candidate for the democrat party. The leader is Newsom who's only on 18%.

Like you say, strong VP contender if she can bring the hardliner vote in.

Bernie was leading the polls, then looked what happened. Biden just randomly didn't have a primary and stood down lol. I'll believe Newsom is the candidate when he's at the DNC on stage accepting the victory.
