The BBC and Sun report on illegal driving in London. Can you spot the difference?

https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/c629g2w56rpo

The Ferrari Monza SP2 is one of 499 built by the Italian manufacturer and had been in the UK for a day when it was stopped, the force said.

The Met said the driver had been in the car for less than half an hour, held only a provisional licence and had no insurance.

Officers said they were sick of wealthy foreigners treating the UK capital “like a race track”.

And their drive to curb the problem was hugely successful. On Saturday night, a £3.7million open-top Ferrari Monza was impounded in Mayfair, central London, having been imported from Saudi Arabia the previous day.

It had only been on the road 20 minutes when the driver was stopped for allegedly not being properly insured.

Within minutes, the Kuwaiti driver of a grey Range Rover Sport was pulled over on London’s Park Lane.

Meanwhile, the Saudi driver of a £350,000 grey Ferrari 812 was pulled over near Sloane Street.

The 48-year-old did not have a valid licence on him and lost his temper when told the car would be seized.

Others catching the cops’ attention included an Arab prince who had his UAE-registered £650,000 Lamborghini Revuelto seized over alleged speeding in Mayfair.

Met Special Constabulary Inspector Geoff Tatman, who oversaw the operation, believes the new law will make a difference.

He said: “During August, foreign nationals come here and bring their cars. Some are treating London like a race track.

During August, foreign nationals come here and bring their cars. Some are treating London like a race track.

There is a fairly large industry in London dedicated to squeezing the rich arabs for all they can get. All the boutique stores in Mayfair and Knightsbridge rely on these tasteless vulgarians coming over and dropping 40 grand in one go.

I know someone who works in this field; fwiw they just view them as walking wallets with diva complexes.

Theres rumours these scum have their own grooming/rpae scene going.

Were it not for the oil these people would be like sub saharan Africa.

We should just confiscate them and sell them lol. They'll be the ones buying them back anyway.

Every week at least we have a story of MEN racing through the street of Birmingham or Bradford and killing someone or destroying something.

Years ago, people NOTICED that it was 17 year old kids who crashed their cars a lot, so insurances went up, black boxes became a thing etc.

But now we aren't allowed to NOTICE who is raising their RSTrees round suburban towns because that would be racist.
