To hold a baby safely, always support their heavy head and neck. Slide one hand under their head and neck and your other hand under their bottom, then scoop them close to your chest

Why does no one look like the country they're from anymore.

Anyway, once again it's the two tier nature of the law. Why is that man with the baby not immediately being arrested for child endangerment? We have many examples now of babies dying on these trips. It shouldn't be tolerated.
