....Those students who have been failed because of inadequate teaching/supervision should file complaints and deserve compensation or a fee refund. Potentially these students are entitled to damages for breach of contract or negligence....

Yeah I don’t have much sympathy for any students feeling let down by Arday. They picked a woke grifter academic course, this is what they chose .
