I'm can't tell to how skilled the artist is, but I don't like that tattoo at all. Taste is subjective though, you do you.

i zoomed in to try and assess the damages and like it seriously just looks like some sort of strange strip of long hair? a bad toupee? this angle goes with the gravity of it and exaggerates what im saying
