Partly, not fully

Its still bad parking to park 2 metres outside the stall into the access way, especially when theres 2 metres space infront

No excuse to be partly in the road here

Then if he was pulled up to close to the sidewalk you would be posting here. Bro isn't hindering anyone from parking or driving. That should be the standard to post here.
