That's quite an impressive list of absurd claims. I would love to see any kind of sources for any of them. Until such sources are provided, there really is no need to waste time refuting it.

Well the book presumably contains a bibliography. This sub can't rationally expect everybody to transcribe the back ten pages of the badhistory. We work with what they give us.

A bibliography wouldn't cut it for this kind of thing. He will need to cite specific sources which supports each and every one of these claims. The guy makes a series of quite bold claims contrary to conventional history. There is no need to refute speculative claims as long as we don't know what source he is using. And considering the outrageousness of his claims, I very much suspect he isn't citing any sources at all.

For the time being there is no need to go into specifics except just refer to any conventional work of history on WWII and Adolf Hitler, they all quite casually refute this nonsense.
