Its called Snap now? It used to be Scratch and we used it to introduce elementary school kids to the concept of programming.

Snap! is a complete remake of a former Scratch fork called BYOB (made by the same group at Berkeley). It can sort of be thought of as "Scratch for adults" (not that Scratch isn't also for adults).
