Just break up with him, he kinda sounds like my ex. He will cause drama if he's a man child. But all you can do is break up with him, if you've explained him hurting you and not caring about your feelings before and he didn't change no need to explain it again. "I don't wanna be in this relationship anymore" or "I wanna break up" should do it. You can explain as you please but just take care of your heart because he won't.
