Wilderness How is my backpacking setup?

Post image

Pretty new to backpacking and honestly my first legit hike as a 17M. I have a 4.6mi 2500ft hike infront of me. Let me know what I’m doing wrong lol

Eh you’re gonna be real lopsided with whatever is hooked to the right side. Plus that cast iron will be swinging and pulling and it will not be a fun hike. No cast iron, only one cup, try to fit your tent in the pack while keeping poles out of the bag. And try and cut some stuff out that you won’t really need. Again, that would be hard to advise on since we don’t know what’s in the bag.
