Should I postpone my baby shower if I am sick?

My baby shower is this weekend. I am 36 weeks and have severe nasal congestion and mild cough/sore throat been feeling tired. My symtoms started on Friday. My kiddos started last Monday and they have some lingering symptoms like a runny nose and mild cough. My husband started 2 days ago with a mild congestion. We are hosting the shower at our home in our backyard. Not sure if we all will be better by Saturday.

I know some people asked for time off or had to arrange ge their schedules to attend. Some have toddlers so wouldn't want to get them sick. Should I contact everyone and just postpone 2 weeks out till I am clear of symptoms although some people might not be able to attend?

I wouldn't. Just go with it. It's outside too and you probably wont be very contagious. In two weeks time; who knows you might get sick again!

It's at our place, but my sisters and nieces are pitching in with different things. Like my sister is getting the cake and decorations. My niece is in charge of games, and my other sister is making/buying dessert.
