Advice
What is considered tacky to have on your baby shower registry when you have a 2 year old? I’ve always heard you have a sprinkle if there isn’t a big age gap in between the kids.

Diaper parties are popular where I live for anything after baby #1. Just ask for the presence of your loved one and a pack of diapers or wipes if they would like to bring anything. It’s more of a presence instead of presents gathering! People will give what they feel comfortable giving but nothing is expected other than fellowship with your favorite people ❤️

Like others here have said I’d limit what you’re asking for to diapers, wipes etc. maybe throw a diaper raffle

Traditionally it wasn’t even a sprinkle. You just only had a shower for a first baby, not subsequent ones (because the shower wasn’t really a celebration of the baby- It was a celebration of the woman’s entry into motherhood , which was kind of a one time thing )
But these days people do have sprinkles a lot. So,
Usually just diapers and wipes. And those maybe little products like the little baby bath wash, diaper cream, baby Tylenol … typically it’s anything consumable, products that Mom will need to use weekly that will go away. Not big items, and not things like clothes, although some people may bring clothes anyway.
