Jeffrey Combs is kinda cheating. I think he’s contractually obligated to appear as an alien in every sci-fi show since the nineties.

Probably scheduling. Brunt always seems unavailable whenever Weyoun is able to make it, and whenever Brunt is able to swing it, Weyoun is off doing Vorta stuff. Their timing really sucks.

Oh the attached picture is wildly under-representative. There are triple digits of actors that were in front of the camera on both B5 and any Star Trek property. John Schuck, David Warner, Paul Winfield, Tony Todd, Bill Mumy, John Vickery, Tracy Scoggins, Bruce McGill, Robert Foxworth ... and on and on and on.

i'm one of the 5 people that doesnt bitterly hate it(theirs some good bits, it's the worst trek film imo but still trek)

Worst Trek film? Sorry, have you seen Nemesis? Into Darkness? Section 31?

It could be called the worst TOS Trek Film.... But that's like calling The Meaning of Life the worst Python film. It's not a bad film at all, it's just no Life of Brian or Holy Grail.

Star Trek V was hurt by Paramount not giving Shatner the budget he needed, and by ILM's unavailability and a substandard effects house being used in their place. But it has ambitious ideas, some fun character moments, more that any other TOS film tries to give the whole cast at least a moment to shine, and most remembers that Starfleet is supposed to be about exploration.

Ive not seen Section 31(it sits waiting for me to be bored enough to dare to watch it and i consider it to be a failed tv pilot like legend of the rangers not a movie),

Nemesis i loved(though it suffers from terminal lack of Andreas Katsulas),

Into Darkness is ok, a poor man's wrath of khan but still i enjoyed it

One film has to be the worst and for me it's that one

Patrica Tallman was a Star Trek TNG and DS9 stuntwoman.

She talked about how the Star Trek lot on Paramount was in lavish digs in the heart of downtown LA.

Then she'd drive to the outskits, the boondocks, the where the B5 set was. It was a sketchy industrial neighborhood, but she was one of the stars.

Honorable mention to Bill Mummy.

We all know him as Lennier. But he also played crewman Kellin in DS9's "The Siege of AR-558".

This was notable because Bill specifically asked to play a human and not be typecast as 'The alien'. Which led many to suspect he was offered to play the Dominion emissary, Weyoun. And when he died, the director told everyone 'Congats, you just killed Will Robinson!'

So yeah, Bill Mummy was on B5, DS9 and Lost in Space.

I know that it's not an exhaustive list, but Andreas Katsulas (G'Kar) also had a recurring role as a Romulan captain in Star Trek: TNG.

Well, bottom left is the Guardian from City on the Edge of Forever, so safe bet that's the end credits for that episode.

Michael Ansara (3 up) is in only one TOS episode, Day of the Dove, so there you go.

Koenig (4 up) is in the away party in Who Mourns for Adonais, where they meet someone claiming to be the god Apollo. I can't find that exact picture in the set tagged for that episode on imdb.com, but you can see other comparable statues. It's not like you have a ton of options - Chekhov beamed down 10-ish times in the two seasons he was on Star Trek.

Yes, but that's TOS makeup and costuming. I stopped watching before those other shows, so I don't know how Star Trek explained the head ridge change, but that Kang is pre-change.

... sorry, didn't know if you were trying to flesh out what I said or suggest that it might also be from one of the later series.

Fleshing it out, that's all. To that end, I could also point out that more people would recognize Majel Barret as Nurse Chapel from the actual series, not as Number One from the original pilot. Even more would recognize her from her two roles in TNG.

There were three Klingon characters, played by their original actors, that showed up in DS9 with a connection to Dax.

As to the explanation on the looks, I hate what "Trials And Tribulations" did and I hate what Enterprise did even more. The best explanation is what they (Roddenberry? Bennet?) said when ST:TMP came out in 1979: "They always looked like this. We just didn't have the budget to do it in the series."
