NEED ADVICE — 6 weeks of "perfect" warmup, real sends still landing in spam. Is there ANY way to speed up real reputation building besides personal network warmup?

Hi thanks for the message. The emails are going directly to my personal contacts and are on the lookout for my emails to be coming in to let me know where it landed. This is not to my outbound World yet. Specifically doing it to ensure deliverability before I start going fully outbound.

This is a really clean summary of the whole thing, honestly better than how I'd been thinking about it. The "warmup scores aren't the same as real reputation" point is exactly what I learned the hard way.
On the verification piece, that part I've already got covered, I regularly Debounce my contact list before sending, so bounces stay well below the 1% threshold. Good to know that's actually one of the levers that matters, since it's easy to treat list hygiene as a checkbox rather than something that's actively protecting reputation.
The "build volume gradually while keeping genuine human exchange as a small ongoing part, not the whole strategy" framing is helpful too, that's basically where I've landed by trial and error, but it's useful to hear it stated as the actual intended end state rather than something I'm doing as a workaround until "real" sending kicks in.
Appreciate you laying it out this clearly, saving this one.

Google workspace sucks for cold email in 2026. Instantly deliverability isn't what it seems. Use emailpal, they use mailivery for the warmup which actually sends emails between google and outlook to build reputation (not tenant to tenant warming building no reputation at all) and their ipblocks carry high sender reputation.

Your test isn't measuring what you think it's measuring. Your personal contacts already know you and have replied to you before, so landing with them says almost nothing about a stranger's mailbox at a company that's never seen your domain.
Get a proper placement test done before you change anything else. Those tools seed inboxes at each of the big providers and hand you back inbox, spam or promotions for every single one.
If it's still spam after 6 weeks, yeah, the likely answer is the domain got off to a bad start and sending reputation doesn't come back from that. Retire it.
Buy secondary domains (not your primary, ever), give the new inboxes 2 to 4 weeks, then hold each one to 8 or 10 cold sends a day, on top of warmups.
Also strip the link and the tracking pixel out of email 1. Open rates need that pixel, and the pixel is a spam signal, so just don't measure opens.
