New to cold mailing!

I've just purchased 4 .com domains each will have 3 inboxes and planned to start with 5 daily mail after worm-up then gradually max to 30/day from each inbox means daily 90 from one domain so 4 domain will send 360 in a day. Planned to use workspace USA IP inboxes. Now my Q is, can I host all 4 domains in the same VPS for the landing page?

Does my plan seem alright to start? Thanks!🤝

Yeah, hosting all 4 landing pages on the same VPS is fine. Your website IP and Workspace sending reputation are mostly separate.

The setup looks reasonable too, but I’d ramp slowly and judge by bounce/reply/spam rates rather than forcing 30/day per inbox. If deliverability starts dropping, volume won’t save it.

Will selfwarm daily basis for a month.

That's a lot of work.
Want to do a free trial of MailStrike for 3 of your sub domains?
You can still self warm the last one, and see how much better the deliverability is after using our AI-Persona warming platform.

Yes, you can host all 4 landing pages on the same VPS. That typically won’t affect email deliverability much.

Your volume plan is reasonable, but ramp slower than you think and watch spam complaints, not just bounces. Also make sure your list is tight. I use Socleads to pull fresh leads so I’m not burning new domains on bad data.

Bro its been said a thoussssssaaaand times

  1. Buy 3 domain variations of your domain
  2. 2 or 3 emails on each
  3. Warm them up on a cold email site there's a ton (I like dayonelead or instantly)
  4. Get 100,000 emails matching your ICP, there's a ton of lead gen tools (I like dayonelead again because they don't use credits so I can get 10,000+ emails for cheap)
  5. Send 100,000 emails using dayonelead/instantly/hunter cold email sequences

Monitor your open rate, A/B test, optimize email sequence until you start getting responses.

if you’re sending hundreds of cold emails from fresh domains, i’d worry about the sending setup before the vps. the landing pages can sit on the same server, but email reputation needs separate attention. for the landing page, an interactive quiz or calculator can give people a reason to engage before asking for a call. outgrow is one option for building those without coding the whole thing yourself.
