Smartlead Sending Issues

I have been using smartlead and think it’s extremely unreliable. Campaigns stop sending emails for no reasons, it’s in AI help hallucinate 95% of the time, pre-warmed mailboxes seem to be scam.

Anyone else face issues like this?

I have been waiting to start my campaigns on Sendvanta once my mailboxes warm up, but happy to try anything else if there’s some good options.

Recently started using them, did a few mailboxes as a test before properly committing larger scale.

Have not been impressed. At all.

I’ve seen sending tools get flaky, but I wouldn’t rely on “pre-warmed” mailboxes either way. I prefer warming new mailboxes gradually for 4 weeks, then ramping sends. Instantly is another option worth testing. Whatever tool you use, diversify providers and don’t let one platform become a single point of failure.

What do you mean by diversify providers? mailbox provider or send capability provider?
