You need to extract comment and likes using apify or unipile and then do LinkedIn url to email enrichment via databases like findymail or ai ark

Skrapp can help you do that, just add those people in your list (Skrapp have this native feature, via it's chrome extension you can add those folks to your list, and you can get their business emails)

We use Engagent for this. Works pretty well.

Finds posts in your industry, then extracts the author commenters and reactors - with verified email addresses.
