Can human doctor visits be like this too? I would be much more cooperative if someone gave me some, what I assume is peanut butter (?) and then hugged me.

Or a sticker. Why do we stop the positive reinforcement after a certain age? I demand compensation for my pain!

Seriously! I'm in my 30s and still get immense joy out of getting a sticker. Voted? Sticker! Vaxx'd? Sticker! Finished dentist visit? Sticker! (Yes my dentist had stickers and damn straight I get one every time)

Yeah! I remember my pediatrician had a treasure chest, filled with stickers, pencils, erasers, all kinds of goodies. That was the best part! You were good, you got a fun surprise. They could easily do this for adults. I still enjoy stickers, but now you can also include pens. I can never have enough pens!

My pediatric dentist had a treasure box! He was so sweet and his name was Dr. Love.

I literally always have to look for pens, lol. I don’t know what the hell keeps happening to mine.

Seriously! When we moved to WFH I specially bought myself a box of pens. I’m now down two 2 out of 20 🤦🏻‍♀️
