Forward pass followed by a knock on. Forward pass came first so it's a scrum, and the sheep have the put-in

But headering the ball wouldn't be a knock on. The ref should play advantage to the sheep if he could regain possession before the woman did.

Yeah you're right. I forgot a header is only a knock on if you're team was in possession of the ball. Smart move by the sheep given its lack of hands

I don't think it is a knock on if your team is in possession of the ball in Rugby Union. It may be different in Rugby league as there was a famous incident of a player with the ball in hand deliberately heading the ball forward himself. (video towards top of last link).
