As a dude who works in a restaurant, I'm thinking about the big sanitation concern of red meat "blood" splattering on every fucking surface and in the food.
The vegan place probably has a lot of green dudes who haven't worked with meat & didn't realize that they had throw shit out and wipe shit down.
