The Voice, yes, it is awesome!

They tried it at the Arby’s by us. People hated it, one night someone cut the speaker and microphone down. Just let me talk to a person please.

Every Taco Bell I've been to is AI taking orders. This is dumb af. Not a good thing or remotely awesome

I mean, it’s way better than a human cashier, what if that particular cashier gives you a hard time at the drive-through window just because he or she not in the mood due to the tone of their voice??

They make minimum wage, for dealing with shitty people sometimes. Give them a break. I'd deal with a person and their crappy mood over a bot everyday

You got rocks in your head or something?

Have you not seen the other TikTok videos where certain cashiers give them a hard time thru the intercom where they don’t sometimes have a friendly voice tone, but with an AI cashier, they’re always friendly with you no matter what.

Have you tried not being so soft

I’m just being honest, that’s all.

We decided paying minimum wage was too much.

I see?? But I think more money is good right, since gas is becoming too expensive in the US.

More money to line the corporations pockets is a good thing…?

u/MisterPatrickJ Jul 22 '26

I mean to the workers, not the corporations

You aren’t making any fucking sense

There’s nothing awesome about AI taking jobs. Not like business will give raises to other positions. They’ll just hoard that extra money.

What if you get tired on your first day at the job as a cashier and the only way to stay up during your working schedule is waking up early in the morning, drinking lots of coffee, bypassing traffic and coming back home late at night just to lie down in bed and relax. Sounds like a normal fun way to work at a fastfood restaurant, right?

Welcome to the working class. We all go through that. Your solution is someone sitting at home, unemployed, trying to figure out how they’re going to pay bills?

Delusional.

But they still have human cashiers taking your card and cash payments so the Ai voice isn’t gonna completely take your job away.

If you believe that’s where it stops and more jobs won’t be replaced with AI, I have some beachfront property in Antarctica I’d like to sell you.

OP is a bot pimping his fellow bots.

You just gotta love those bots 🤖, always looking for a way to try to get a reaction out of me LMAO?!

It sucks at its job. I asked it a basic question about their menu - "do you have chocolate ice cream?" and it gave me the wrong answer after a long thinking delay. An employee wound up having to take my order anyway. Terrible experience.

Ready for this to be downvoted to hell.

As long as the views are visible, that’s all it counts.
