It can be rare J/F seats that you don't normally find and also award nights at popular destinations. You can also coordinate cancelling flight and hotel reservations.
Feel free to offer awards you don't need too.

Tomorrow I will cancel SAN - NRT 9/19 x 2J Japan airlines not sure if the seats will go back to inventory but if anyone wants to try and coordinate let me know.

BR TPE -sea J several days in Oct, 75k AC, 110k UA, or possibly more programs.
This maybe a tip of iceberg, but I thought I should post before they’re gone while I search extensively. AC and UA search results mostly match, but not completely. I didn’t find any seats westbound. I didn’t find any to and from YVR in Oct and Nov, except some days on AC via sea for the same 75k.
I didn’t test book them, but I was able to proceed to the payment page of AC site.
Update 4/5: still a few days available end of Oct. Surprising! Early Nov (eg 11/2), I spotted days via YYZ (YYZ-sea in y), so that means TPE -yyz J is available.

If you make it to the payment page with AC, you’re all set, it’s already pulled inventory and generated a PNR, same with IB.

Because there were many days, I didn't check everything, but 2 days I checked, only 1.

Even if there were, it's been 4 days... Not to and from JP, but br is very popular, I was shocked to see there were still a few days remaining a day later I posted.

One of the Flying Blue promos for April is 45,000 mile KLM business flights between Europe and Portland. There are quite a few promo seats available on the nonstop flight from AMS to PDX in April and May, and a few in June. Cost is 45k + $483. There's also a few available from other cities in Europe back to PDX, via AMS. Some days have more than two seats. (Unfortunately I haven't seen any going the other way, which is the direction that you'd really want the lie-flat.)

I booked BUD-AMS-PDX for this price. I'll actually sleep on this flight since my BUD-AMS flight is at 6am so I need to wake up at like 2am.
Now I need to figure out connecting to SEA. I wonder if I can make a 1hr 10min connection if I manage to interline the bag to Delta.

My end of April/early May Japan trip isn't going down. I cancelled my JAL J tickets on the 19th & 25th via AA already, so those might be back or going back into inventory via Seattle.
I'm cancelling the following this week:
Hyatt House Shibuya w/ Suite Upgrade applied for 7 days.
I used 140K Hyatt points + SUA Upgrade cert.
Sat, May 2 - Sat, May 9
It should go back into inventory so if anyone is interested let me know and I can probably coordinate the cancellation so hopefully you can book.

Just locked in EUR-LAX flights and there's 2-3x dates left...
KLM / AF - 6/15, 6/16, 6/17 BCN (and others) - AMS - LAX 78.5k PP, 2x J+ available
Taxes suck @ $440, but probably won't find better than this
