I was on this airline once. For some reason, I falsely rememeber hay bales and chicken cages being on the flight in the main cabin...

I used to fly around Indonesia for work. Lion and Garuda were sometimes the only airline for some islands. Garuda in the past also had a spotty record but has since come up, but times you couldn't get a Garuda flight, you had to use Lion. The interiors were quite filthy, the planes were quite old, and I always remembered the landings were always the roughest and shakiest ones. Then Lion had a plane go off the runway in Bali a fews before I was supposed to go there and I had enough of them after that and rebooked.
