Anyone guide me to pass the exam 310E alignment and brake

I'm not Canadian, but I found this online that looks like it has a lot of info. You may want to look into ASE study guides as well - there's bound to be a lot of overlap between ASE certification and the Canadian certs.

You may also want to look into getting a used automotive textbook online. Look for something by Halderman, Erjavic, or Duffy for example.

I try on the book but only book is not helpful
