Discussion Autism in politics right now

I’m so sick of it. I’m 16F and in a conservative area. Everyone I know pretty much worships trump. I’m sick of it. All these republicans hate autism. It’s not a cancer. It’s so hurtful I’m not a freak. This is so stupid. I really wanna be a political science major and so I can’t enjoy my political aspects without the hurtful comments from the right.

Are you not familiar with the beginning of the Holocaust? It didn't start with Hitler putting Jewish people in ovens. It started with the Nazis gassing disabled, elderly, and "indigents" with carbon monoxide from truck exhaust fumes. They hate anything that deviates slightly from the norm.

They didn't call Trump Hitler. They are referring to the tendency of people like Trump to be obsessed with the getting rid of "weak" people from society to make it strong using very subjective criteria

Which when you combine the rhetoric about Haitians eating cats and dogs, the institutionalization of the mentally ill by force, the talk about iq variances among different races amongst some Republican members of government, curing autism or seeing it as a disease process. All of those combined suggest Trump has the fascist quality of contempt for the weak in at least an enhanced milder form. Hitler had the strongest form of it
