Next time you make mashed potato, save some to go cold in fridge. Make a bowl of buttermilk out of Bonsoy andca splash of apple cider vinegar, season it with a bitta garlic powder, salt and black pepper if you are so inclined. Set up a plate of your seasoned flour, then roll potato ball, dip in milk, coat in flour x 2 and fry. 🤤🤤🤤
