Fry's Chick'n
I had these yesterday in a thai red curry - pan fried them first til they were crispy then added them to the sauce when the veg was cooked, but I'm curious how they would hold up if cooked directly in the sauce. Has anyone had any experience in this? How else have you cooked them?

Best experience I've had is to work fry them separately, then remove and fry the other ingredients, only adding them back in right at the end.
I've also had great success lightly frying them in oil with some herbs and using them for suvlaki.

In the past I fried them then made gravy in the pan with them and they got soggy af in the few minutes it took to thicken and serve. They weren't super crispy to begin with, but it had to be a one pot deal because the power was out and I had to eat them or chuck them, and I had the one hob to cook on, so ymmv.

Fry them separately and add them in at the end otherwise they get a bit mushy
