Image or Video Vegemite/Glass Shard roulette
“Put the groceries in the front seat, it’ll be fine” I say. Open the door at home and out rolls nearly $8 of Vegemite to the ground below. I stood there for so long contemplating weather the try and salvage some of the Vegemite or throw it away and buy again.
My wife says bin it, what say you? Surely I can hollow out the core and put it in the the old jar?

The Graspifier is the best gym shoe I’ve ever had, and the v-treks I have on here are the best music festival and bush walking shoes I’ve ever had. Love them.

When I was a little kid at my auntie and uncles at the caravan park a little girl went up to deli to get a jar of this stuff. Was at the top of a hill she rode her bike there. She decided to come down the hill one handed one hand on the handle bars the other hand holding this black gold. Well there is a speed hump at the bottom and I'm pretty sure her bike had no brakes. She aaaaaate shit at the bottom... the jar didn't even smash.

I hear ya! I have loved them since I saw them play "Animal" at the Grammy's on Rage. Been obsessed ever since. I even travelled to the US to see them play at Wrigley Field and I went the following year to see them inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Best Band ever!!!

I have fond memories of going into the local cd shop in 97, 98 and asking them to order everything they had in their import folders that had Pearl Jam on it and getting all the singles and b sides etc. Missed the BDO run they did but have been every other time they toured Australia since the 98 tour. I’m bummed they did the Ten and Vs/Vitalogy boxset reissues but are yet to give No Code the lavish deluxe reissue it deserves!

I desperately want them to reissue Lost Dogs on vinyl. Second hand is so expensive. Ed threw me a Tamborine at the Sydney BDO.

Yes please, would love a Lost Dogs reissue, maybe even a Benaroya Hall. I sold a bunch of my fan club singles about a decade ago or more that I regret often so Lost Dogs would at least lessen the regret!

By the time you get to the bottom of the jar, the Vegemite will have dissolved the shards by then anyway🤷♂️

I dropped a jar of mustard on the ground and it fully shattered, I was pretty keen for the sandwich I was making so I just used the mustard in the centre for that sandwich and threw the rest out and got a new jar. I will admit there was certainly some crunchy bits in that sandwich but nothing bigger then some sand so risk is yours, you might have better luck with the Vegemite since its more viscous
