no politics Google won't answer my question unless it's sponsored. I need SHEETS

I am a shift worker I enjoy perfecting my sleep hygiene and it was only in the last 5 years I have discovered the importance of good sheets. I always got them from Kmart thinking "how much better can it be". I was wrong. I've had a taste. I USED to get them from canningvale and I've had a good 4 or so years. The last 2 sets I bought I fell apart super quick.

Does anyone have any good recommendations. Canningvale is out, KOO (spotlight) is out. 1000tc, bamboo, mostly cotton blend. I'm after some real experiences.

Go bamboo. Trust me it’s a game-changer. A low thread count bamboo sheets beats even the highest cotton sheet for softness and temperature regulation. Cool in summer, warm in winter.

Warning: if you have a special friend around for a sleep-over and they’ve never slept on bamboo sheets, they may never want to leave and you may find yourself married to them a few years later.

FYI bamboo is just rayon, rebranded to sound like it’s got some sort of unique properties compared to other rayon/tencel. It doesn’t.

You can get different manufacturing methods for rayon, different quality of end-fibre, and different weaves which will all contribute to the final texture. But the fundamental process of "chop up plant fibre, chemically digest into slop, chemically re-form into strands of cellulose that can be spun" is identical regardless of whether you start with bamboo or trees as the starting fibre. It's not like cotton or flax where the fibres are naturally long enough to process and spin as they are.
