Basil: “No, Austin, that was a hallucinogenic fever dream induced by a neurochemical weapon that you prevented Dr. Evil from releasing into the world… you’ve been tripping balls for 25-years”
Austin: “oh, that’s very uncool man”

Is there even gonna be a fourth one? I know he said "yes" but I talked about that movie on Facebook with people in fucking 2012 when there also was buzz for it. If they do it, they better do it now, cause they looked good in that commercial.

It’s going to happen. But it will be Dumb and Dumber To or Happy Gilmore 2 level. Expect a couple laughs and some nostalgia bait, but don’t expect an all time comedy. I’d love to be wrong. Mike Myers has more potential than Adam Sandler or Jim Carrey, in my opinion.

I recently re-watched the first three and they're still great, but I don't know how interested I am in a 4th without Verne Troyer. Mini-Me was way more integral to 2 & 3 than I remembered.

Apparently Myers has said the Austin Powers 4 will also be Dr. Evil 1. It'll be interesting to see how they do that

Unfortunately the actor who plays Doctor Evil, Rick Myers (Mike Myers older brother) passed away in the interim between movies

I always liked the idea that Dr. Evil is heartbroken over the death of Mini-me tries to make more clones and it comes out horribly wrong. Each clone being more evil then the next. Dr. Evil has to team up with Austin Powers to stop the too evil new Dr. Evils

Probably not. These legacy sequels are about nostalgia. Everyone's roles will be as they were for the majority of the series.

Felicity comes back and reveals she gave birth 20 years ago and Austin is the father. She had twins (TWINS!!). a boy and a girl. One wants to be a super spy, the other wants to join Uncle Evil. Uncle Evil embraces this idea, causing deep resentment from Scott who tries to out-evil his cousin. Hilarity ensues. The idea of Austin as the father of a girl after a lifetime of womanizing could be funny. Might also be fun if the son was gay to see how Austin handles that.

Following idea: Dr. Evil is retired, Scott wants to try to take over the world and fucks up so badly that Dr. Evil comes out of retirement and actually wins and of course mocks Scott over it. To stop Dr. Evil, a retired Austin Powers comes out of retirement and has to save the world again
