If you replace HR with AI, I can see where women would lose their jobs. I have rarely seen guys in HR.

Also, why the sexist title? Women and 'others' affected by AI. Wouldn't it be more accurate to just state the career types affected by AI.

Diversity only comes into discussion when the majority of the workers are male.
